In addition, it can be used as a complete system or combined with different finishes, such as Tapa Verde or Tapa Negra, according to the needs of each floor.

Tapa Verde: a particularly pleasant touch

Tapa Roja + Tapa Roja

A versatile solution that allows you to carry out the entire coating with our one-component system, taking advantage of its ease of fresh-on-fresh application and its different decorative possibilities.

Tapa Roja + Tapa Verde

It combines the versatility of Tapa Roja with the particularly pleasant touch of Tapa Verde. An ideal alternative for interior floors and bathrooms where we are looking for soft and elegant surfaces.

Tapa Roja + Tapa Negra

It allows you to take advantage of the characteristics of Tapa Roja in the previous layers and achieve a more natural and resistant finish with Tapa Negra.

It is an interesting combination for both certain interior floors and exterior floors.

Tapa Verde as a complete system

In applications such as bathrooms and wet areas, we can also use Tapa Verde entirely, following the corresponding procedure.

The choice of each combination will depend on the substrate, the intended use and the desired finish.

Which Satine system to choose for each type of floor?

Interior floors of homes

We can use Tapa Roja entirely or combine it with Tapa Verde or Tapa Negra finishes, depending on the touch, texture and performance we are looking for.

Bathroom floors and wet areas

We recommend Tapa Verde as a complete system or Tapa Roja with Tapa Verde finish, selecting the appropriate solution based on water exposure conditions.

Exterior floors and terraces

We can use Tapa Roja entirely or combine it with Tapa Negra as a final finish, taking advantage of the characteristics of both systems.

Floors in shops and professional spaces

The choice will depend on traffic, conditions of use and the needs of the project. The different Satine systems allow you to adapt both the features and the decorative finish.

Underfloor heating

Our systems are compatible with underfloor heating, as long as the application conditions and corresponding commissioning protocols are respected.

Swimming pools and permanent immersion areas

For these applications we exclusively use the Tapa Roja single-component system in all its layers, following the specific procedure established for swimming pools.

Can you get a non-slip floor with Satine microcement?

Yes. At Satine we can adapt the texture of the pavement using our different grain sizes Xtreme, Base, Medium and Fino, achieving different finishes and levels of grip.

Furthermore, when the project requires it, we can incorporate specific anti-slip varnishes to improve these features.

This allows the flooring to be adapted to terraces, bathrooms, entrances and other surfaces where slip resistance is especially important.

The choice of the complete system must respond to the level of security required in each application.
