The Unified Association for the Promotion of Art (AUPA), created by and for artists, now has its headquarters in its birthplace, Burriana, thanks to a lease from the local town hall. The inauguration event was held with a communal lunch attended by the users of the recreational gardens with whom they will share space from now on. The AUPA leaders, artists Jose Ferrer (president), Juan Poré (secretary), and Ángel Igual (treasurer), created a collective mural featuring the face of Leonardo da Vinci as a metaphor for promoting artistic and creative activity. It’s worth noting that World Art Day is April 15, the birthday of the Italian genius.
