M\u00e5l for 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I innev\u00e6rende regnskaps\u00e5r, som nettopp har begynt, b\u00f8r det bemerkes at Satine har implementert, fra og med januar, en l\u00f8nns\u00f8kning p\u00e5 10% til 20% for ansatte ved selskapets nasjonale kontorer, inkludert salgs-, administrasjons-, markedsf\u00f8rings- og produksjonsavdelinger<\/strong>. I tillegg til dette, 100% av arbeidsstyrken har blitt konvertert til faste kontrakter<\/strong>. Disse beslutningene begrunnes av selskapets kilder som \"en investering i humankapital<\/strong>...da personalets holdning virkelig gir verdi til essensen av Satine.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I l\u00f8pet av 2019 vil selskapet dessuten utvide til det tradisjonelle produktmarkedet og tilby parkett- og keramikksystemer, samtidig som det opprettholder de samme kvalitets- og konkurransestandardene som i dag. Satine utvikler kontinuerlig nye produkter og systemer og setter markedstrender under sine egne varemerker (Satine, Kompacto og Decoplaster)<\/strong> eller som bulkproduksjoner for anerkjente merkevarer fra tredjeparter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Det er ikke lett \u00e5 opprettholde disse veksttallene. Som selskapet p\u00e5peker: \"Det er like vanskelig \u00e5 fortsette \u00e5 vokse som det er \u00e5 \u00f8nske \u00e5 vokse. En del av suksessen ligger i at vi jobber 100% med v\u00e5r egen kapital.\" I tillegg har de fond som garanterer rettighetene som hver enkelt ansatt har opparbeidet seg. Satine foretrekker \u00e5 forbli et unikt selskap der kontroll over faste eller strukturelle kostnader, sammen med riktig utvelgelse av kunder, g\u00e5r foran vekst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I 2019 vil Satine dessuten ha fullt ut aktivert sitt fundament for unge mennesker<\/strong> med initiativer i kommersielle, kunstneriske, kulturelle, festlige, tradisjonelle og nye teknologisektorer.<\/strong> De sosiale bidragene vil g\u00e5 til disse talentfulle kreat\u00f8rene som trenger st\u00f8tte for \u00e5 realisere ideene sine.
