The Athletic Borriana Kayak Polo Club competed last weekend in Arcos de la Frontera, Cádiz, in the final tournament of the XX National Kayak League.

After the four tournaments that make up the league, the Athletic has successfully achieved its goal of ascending to the state First Division of this sport. The club president, Guillermo Mateu, positively assesses this first phase of the season: “Our goal of promotion was a significant challenge, and we have achieved it through the effort of all the club members, entities, and sponsors, reaching the target set at the beginning of the season.”

“We are a young club, and this growth process has involved significant effort in sports, financial, logistical, and personal aspects, but reflecting on this league, we are proud of how we have tackled all the challenges the season has presented.”
